The Senior Project Manager will lead strategic client engagements by managing complex technology projects, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring strong business outcomes. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and the ability to leverage modern tools and data-driven insights to improve project execution.

• Lead complex enterprise projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Manage project priorities, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations to ensure consistent delivery performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Apply AI-powered tools, automation, and predictive insights to improve project planning, reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Promote modern delivery practices by incorporating data-driven decision-making and intelligent project management approaches.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining visibility into project health, resource needs, and delivery risks.
• Lead resource planning and capacity discussions to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings, executive reporting, and strategic discussions.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading complex technology or consulting projects and combines strong project management expertise with strategic thinking, communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

• 8+ years of experience managing complex consulting, technology implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and work streams.
• Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery optimization.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
