Focus Resourcing's client is seeking a Service Manager to lead the automotive service department. You will oversee day-to-day operations Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-2pm on a 1 in 3 rotation, with a salary of £45,000-£50,000 per year plus OTE £65,000.
You will manage workshop workflows, liaise with customers, schedule jobs, monitor KPIs, and coach staff to maintain high standards and compliance with safety policies.
