Project Manager – Warehouse Automation (Hybrid, UK)

Lead and deliver high‑impact automation projects

• Drive the transition from sales phase to full project execution.
• Establish strong project structure from kick‑off through milestones, updates, and critical deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Act as the connector across all contributors, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Take full financial responsibility for project performance.
• Provide regular status and progress reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
• Guide customers through project completion and handover to Customer Success.

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in intralogistics or automation technology.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince, IPMA); certification preferred.
• Experience in the material handling industry; familiarity with Auto Store is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of intralogistics and logistics processes.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic electrical and data networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
