Project Manager – Warehouse Automation (Hybrid, UK)

ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver high‑impact automation projects
- Drive the transition from sales phase to full project execution.
- Establish strong project structure from kick‑off through milestones, updates, and critical deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Act as the connector across all contributors, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Take full financial responsibility for project performance.
- Provide regular status and progress reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
- Guide customers through project completion and handover to Customer Success.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in intralogistics or automation technology.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince, IPMA); certification preferred.
- Experience in the material handling industry; familiarity with Auto Store is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of intralogistics and logistics processes.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic electrical and data networking knowledge.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
