Position: Project Manager (Oracle)
Project Manager Belfast based (hybrid 12 days in person on site per week) Why Apply:
Lage scale, high profile Oracle Fusion programme within NI Public Sector, working within one of very few live Fusion programmes in NI. Working with highly supportive peer team based in Belfast, with considerable near and far shore delivery team. Challenging but highly rewarding long-term programme (duration 7-9 years), with organisation which has considerable footprint in NI within telecoms and global banking.

Reporting to and supporting the Programme Director, you'll play a key role in driving planning, coordination, and delivery across a complex, high-profile transformation.

Your role :
Supporting the Programme Director in the day-to-day management of a major Oracle Fusion implementation. Managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Coordinating across work streams and stakeholders within a public sector environment. Tracking progress, reporting status, and helping resolve issues as they arise. Ensuring governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained. You will need:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within large-scale Oracle implementation / transformation programmes. Must have supported 2 previous successful deliveries. Public sector delivery experience desirable, as is PMP/Prince or similar formal PM accreditation. Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills. Comfortable working as PM capacity within a structured programme team, with near and far shore delivery teams This role will not provide visa support.
