Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team building software used at global scale. You'll sit within the wider leadership team, driving delivery to meet business needs whilst developing your people through strong agile coaching and technical direction. You'll work closely with Product Management and Product Design, giving you real influence over roadmap and strategy rather than just execution.

Key Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and drive career development across your team Prioritise workload ruthlessly, remove roadblocks, and protect the team from disruption Collaborate closely with Product Management on strategy and backlog prioritisation Identify professional development opportunities and partner with the right people to deliver them Anticipate future hiring needs and work with talent teams to recruit and evaluate new team members Deliver formal performance evaluations and frequent, informal feedback Advise on technical difficulties and flag risks your team might overlook (scalability, performance, security, compliance, operational readiness) Stay current on the tools, technologies, and industry developments relevant to your team What You'll Need Essential: 6 years software engineering experience, including 2 years as a people manager/lead Strong track record in agile software development environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and non-technical audiences Desirable:
