Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, control costs and lead a team across our UK stores. You will ensure smooth shop running, strong customer service and high standards of hygiene and food safety.
The role offers a 42-hour week with flexible hours where possible, a salary of £30,000–£34,000 depending on experience, and benefits including a company pension, 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a paid birthday off, staff incentives
