Job Description & How to Apply Below
Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Lead to support the Fraud Prevention Centre's Security Console initiative through discovery and into delivery readiness.
This is a facilitative, delivery-focused role where you will help bring structure, clarity and momentum to a design-led team. Rather than managing specialists, you will work alongside them to ensure discovery outputs are well-defined, prioritised and ready for delivery teams to execute.
The client will engage directly with the wider team, so your focus will be on enabling effective collaboration, ensuring alignment, and helping transform ideas and requirements into delivery-ready outcomes.
Your new role- Supporting discovery activities and helping shape requirements, options and decisions
- Capturing and documenting outputs to ensure visibility and clarity across stakeholders
- Maintaining a prioritised and structured backlog aligned to delivery teams
- Coordinating the flow of work from discovery into delivery, reducing ambiguity and rework
- Facilitating productive collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Supporting governance activities through lightweight processes, tracking actions, decisions and priorities
- Ensuring work is appropriately scoped and understood before mobilisation into delivery
- Previous experience working as a Delivery Lead, Project Lead, Agile Delivery Manager or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
- Experience supporting discovery, requirements gathering and delivery readiness activities
- Ability to manage and prioritise backlogs, requirements and work streams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Comfortable supporting multidisciplinary teams without direct line management responsibility
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Security, cyber security or fraud prevention programme experience
- Experience working within large public sector or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with governance, triage and delivery mobilisation processes
- Opportunity to work on a high-profile security-focused transformation initiative
- Collaborative and design-led environment
- Long-term contract with potential extension opportunities
- Hybrid working arrangement with only 2 days per week on site
