Currys in Truro is seeking a First Line Manager to lead and develop a team in our Customer Service and Delivery Centre. You’ll oversee site operations, staffing and resources, coaching delivery drivers to meet targets and delivering first-class service to customers.
You’ll drive performance through regular feedback, liaise with internal departments, and promote health and safety. A logistics or transport background is preferred; a strong communicator who can build a motivated team will fit well.
