Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Biggleswade forecourt to help lead the team on shift, keep standards high, and ensure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience.
You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coach the team on shift, help manage stock and routines, and drive the unit’s performance with training that prepares you for a Store Manager role.
