Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager, Belfast base

Our client provides specialist services across construction, energy and engineering and is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its Belfast team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead contract delivery, installation and service teams, including:

• Managing projects from planning to completion
• Preparing job packs, RAMS and safety documentation
• Co-ordinating drawings, schedules, site visits and quality checks
• Managing client communication, queries and service standards
• Overseeing stock, equipment, records, PQQs and accreditations
• Resolving site issues, quoting variations and keeping works on track
• Leading contracts teams and safety technicians

What we are looking for

• Construction contracts/project management experience, ideally in building envelope or a related sector
• Confident managing multiple teams and site activity
• Strong H&S knowledge and practical IT skills
• Positive leadership and people management style
• Full driving license
