Club Operations Manager

About the role The Club Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, exceptional and efficient operation of the clubhouse, buildings, plant rooms, and car park, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role also leads the reception team, ensuring an exceptional guest experience is delivered at all times while maintaining site security and adherence to operational procedures.

The role also covers leadership of the cleaning team, and overall cleaning standards to ensure that Birchwood Parks facilities remain spotless and hygienic. You will oversee all clubhouse operational functions, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and building safety checks. You will develop and deliver the annual maintenance and decoration plan, manage cleaning schedules and rotas, and ensure COSHH documentation is accurate and appropriately maintained across all departments.

The role also includes responsibility for clubhouse and car park health and safety, completing monthly audits and driving any required corrective actions. In addition, you will produce the weekly Duty Manager rota and train the Duty Management team to ensure the club operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards at all times.
