Your Role and ImpactAs the Education Concerns Manager, you will lead a team responsible for managing education concerns across NMC-approved programmes throughout the UK. You will oversee the assessment, investigation and resolution of concerns, ensuring our regulatory standards are met and that decisions are timely, evidence-based and fair.
Working closely with education providers, regulators and internal stakeholders, you will help safeguard the quality of nursing and midwifery education, support continuous improvement across approved programmes, and maintain public confidence in the register and the professions we regulate.
What You'll Bring- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a regulatory, quality assurance or education environment.
- Strong investigative, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive issues.
- Excellent knowledge of governance, risk management and quality assurance processes, with a commitment to fairness, consistency and evidence-based practice.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of internal and external partners.
- Experience leading change, improving processes and using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a focus on public protection, quality outcomes and organisational objectives
