Supported Living Manager

Supported Living Manager Downpatrick | £42,700 to £47,000 per annum Monday Friday, 9:00am5:00pm Are you an experienced health and social care professional looking to progress your management career? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Supported Living Manager to lead a well-established service in Downpatrick, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and support. The Role As Supported Living Manager, you will provide strong leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the service remains compliant, well-managed, and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, support staff development, and maintain the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the supported living service alongside the Deputy Manager Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards Oversee safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks and registrations Maintain effective staffing levels and skill mix to meet the needs of those using the service Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes Provide leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance management for staff Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practice standards Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment About You Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within a supported living setting Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care including Leadership and Management in Adults Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within health and social care Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Passionate about delivering person-centred support and improving lives If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real difference within a supportive and rewarding environment, we'd love to hear from you.
