Lead a care home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care. Accurately document all records and sensitive documents in compliance with RQIA and company standards. Manager and motivate Lead staff, inducting, training and development employees. Ensure the Home meets all legal, regulatory, health & safety, safeguarding requirements. Manage budgets, staffing, occupancy and the overall financial and operational performance of the Home.
