Belfast based (hybrid – 1–2 days in person on site per week)

Reporting to and supporting the Programme Director, you'll play a key role in driving planning, coordination, and delivery across a complex, high-profile transformation.

Your role :

Supporting the Programme Director in the day-to-day management of a major Oracle Fusion implementation.

Managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Coordinating across work streams and stakeholders within a public sector environment.

Tracking progress, reporting status, and helping resolve issues as they arise.

Ensuring governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.

You will need:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within large-scale Oracle implementation / transformation programmes.

Must have supported 2+ previous successful deliveries.

Public sector delivery experience desirable, as is PMP/Prince or similar formal PM accreditation.

Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.

Comfortable working as PM capacity within a structured programme team, with near and far shore delivery teams
