# Deputy Manager The Bull Management Full -time £31,500 to start, 48 hours per week Posted 8 September 2026## About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager with experience to assist in the running of The Bull in Otford, part of the family run award winning WH Pubs group. Our business is all about happy customers so we are looking for someone who has the personality to support the Manager in leading and motivating the entire Kitchen and Front of House teams and to contribute to the overall success of the company by helping to manage all business aspects of the pub effectively.

This is a 48-hour contract, starting at £31,500.## Key responsibilities
* • Assist in managing daily operations of the pub
* • Support the Manager in leading the team
* • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
* • Contribute to financial and strategic planning## What we're looking for
