• Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
• Overtime opportunities on Saturdays (rotas apply)
• Shift work between 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
• 30‑minute unpaid lunch break
• Full operational support and ongoing training

You will join a motivated team reporting directly to the Directors, working within a well-structured organisational setup dedicated to growth and customer satisfaction.

• Proven supervisory experience within the transport or logistics sector
• Extensive knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards
• Possession of category C + E driving licence; ADR licence and CPC qualification are desirable
• Excellent understanding of Northern Ireland's geography and routing planning
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

• Oversee and manage the distribution department comprising domestic drivers and routing teams across five locations
• Plan and schedule vehicle routes in compliance with drivers' hours regulations and legislation
• Foster effective communication with sales teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Monitor driver hours, tachographs, and compliance with legislation
  
  Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate minor repairs
• Support driver recruitment, onboarding, and training processes in partnership with HR
• Investigate transport-related incidents and misdemeanours, ensuring appropriate documentation
• Oversee depot management activities, including product storage, water dips, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records, including driver logs, timesheets, and vehicle maintenance documentation
• Facilitate health and safety compliance and promote a culture of safety and customer care
