The requirements of the Parts Manager will be:

• Increasing parts sales growth through parts promotions
• Hold full accountability for delivering sales performance
• Full utilisation of technology, data and AI tools
• Develop and implement commercial strategies
• Market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Managing the inventory team

The ideal candidate for Parts Manager will have:

• Previous experience in parts management
• A proven track record in driving sales and inventory management.
• A customer-focused approach with the drive to improve and maintain excellent levels of customer support.
• Ability to manage a team and influence leadership skills across functions.
• Technical knowledge of construction equipment, in particular modern excavators and wheel loaders.
• Full UK Driving Licence, with the ability to regularly travel nationally and occasionally overnight stays away from home.
