About you Qualified Accountant Approximately 3 years PQE in a finance role, with management experience Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Experience leading a finance team and managing daily financial operations Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting standards What you'll do Lead and manage the daily finance functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management Supervise and develop the finance team, promoting a high-performance environment Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning Oversee audits, tax compliance, and statutory filings Manage supplier, subcontractor payments, and cashflow forecasting Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
