About you Proven leadership experience in a commercial and operational role within the print, design, or creative industry Strong understanding of revenue growth, margin management, budgeting, and cost control Experience in client relationship management at senior levels Ability to develop and lead high-performing, motivated sales and operational teams Strategic thinker with innovative approach to business development and service enhancement Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen What you'll do Oversee the commercial and operational activities across three business areas Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, margins, and business growth Lead, motivate, and grow a sales team to generate new business and retain existing clients Drive the development of premium brand design and print services including digital and large-format offerings Manage budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets Play a key role within the wider management team, contributing to strategic planning and company growth Promote a digitised, efficient workflow and continuously improve SOPs to enhance productivity and service delivery For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
