The role combines day-to-day client management with team leadership, delegation and staff training, and requires a professional qualification (STEP or CGI/ICSA) plus a strong grasp of the Guernsey regulatory environment. Key responsibilities include:
daily management of assigned clients; team leadership, delegation and staff training; and building and maintaining client relationships.
Required qualifications:
demonstrable leadership experience, preferably in private wealth; a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI/ICSA; a strong understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment; and the right to live and work in Guernsey. A flexible-hours option is available for the right candidate.
