Midnite is building a group-wide internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management function from the ground up. The Head of Audit and Risk will set the strategy and deliver hands-on delivery across regulatory, technical, and operational domains in a global remit with Canada coming online.
You will lead audits on RNG fairness, AML/KYC, and Responsible Gambling, ensure regulator alignment (UKGC, MGA), and report to the VP Legal and Board stakeholders. Gibraltar-based or relocation needed.
