There is currently one full-time, fixed term contract post until 31 March 2028, subject to review.

You will be responsible to the relevant Project Manager to support with the development, implementation and support of a technology solution, or solutions.
You will contribute to the effective planning, governance, reporting, risk and issue management, change control, and delivery coordination of the project.
You will supervise and monitor the performance of assigned staff to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
You will ensure projects are delivered in a controlled and transparent manner, focusing on project assurance, stakeholder engagement, documentation management, and delivery support.
About the departmentThe Corporate Services Department provides essentialstrategic and operational support services, ensuring the council operates effectively and efficiently. Key functions include:
Audit, Governance & Risk Services– Ensuring compliance and best practices in corporate governance.
City Innovation– Driving digital transformation and innovation within the council.
Commercial & Procurement Services– Managing procurement and contract oversight.
Digital Services– Providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
Regional Programmes– Leading the delivery of strategic initiatives such as the Belfast Region City Deal.
