WORKING PATTERN: Daily office/branch attendance is expected.

What you'll be doingWe're looking for an inspiring and customer-focused leader to join our Jersey team as a Branch Manager.
As Branch Manager, you'll lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer outcomes while delivering strong operational performance, regulatory compliance and business growth. You'll help customers achieve their financial goals, support vulnerable customers, champion digital adoption and create an inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive.
As a member of the Jersey Leadership Team, you'll work collaboratively across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain Lloyds Bank's reputation as a trusted part of the local community.
Key responsibilities:- Lead, coach and develop colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences and outcomes.
- Build, deepen and retain customer relationships through proactive needs-based conversations.
- Manage branch operations, resources and performance to meet customer demand effectively.
- Champion risk awareness, regulatory compliance and fair customer outcomes.
- Support customers with digital banking and self-service solutions.
- Successfully implement change and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster an inclusive culture focused on colleague wellbeing, development and engagement.

What we're looking for- Proven leadership experience in banking, financial services or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience managing operational performance, risk and customer service delivery.
- Ability to lead through change and create a positive team culture.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
