• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Financial Controller or similar

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing compliance

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance

• Manage month-end, year-end processes, and external audits

• Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial statements and records

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance environment
