What You’llBe Responsible For :
- Leadday-to-day Contact
Cent reoperations,driving productivity,quality,attendance,andSLAadherence. - Monitorinboundandoutboundpatientinteractionstomaintainexcellentservicestandards.
- Managepatientescalationsandcomplaintswithprofessionalism,empathy,andsoundjudgement.
- Conductteamhuddles,performance reviews,one-on-one coaching,andfeedbacksessions.
- TrackoperationalKPIs,productivity,shrinkage,attrition,andservicequality.
- Partner with Quality,Training,and Operationsteamstoimproveperformanceandprocesses.
- Support hiring,onboarding,nesting,employee engagement,andteamdevelopment.
- EnsureadherencetoGDPR,data confidentiality,andapplicablehealthcarecompliancestandards
What We’reLooking
For?
- Graduateinanydiscipline.
- 5-7yearsofinternationalvoiceprocessexperience,specificallyUKVoice.
- Minimum2yearsofexperienceasa Team Leader inaUKvoiceprocess.
- Excellentspokenandwritten Englishcommunicationskills.
- Strongpeoplemanagement,coaching,escalation handling,andstakeholdermanagementcapabilities.
- Good analytical,reporting,and problem-solving skills,withtheabilitytomanageperformancemetricsinafast-paced environment.
- HealthcareorUKpatientsupportexperienceispreferred;priorUKvoiceprocessexperienceismandatory.
