We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical operations within our project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a management professional with strong supervisory skills to contribute to complex engineering projects. The ideal applicant will have proven supervising experience, demonstrating leadership and organisational capabilities.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and safely.
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for senior management.
Mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements Proven experience in supervising mechanical and electrical teams within engineering or construction environments.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management are preferred.
A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid NG Persons.
SSSTS and M&E installation experience fitting substation equipment and earthing
