The Role
* Provide maintenance support across production and packaging machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
* Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and performance
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food quality standards at all times
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals

The Person
* Third level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) - essential
* Proven experience in a high-speed production environment, ideally within FMCG or packaging
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
* Keen eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency The Rewards
