Key Responsibilities Program, edit, and optimise CNC operations using Hypermill Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines Interpret complex aerospace drawings and 3D models Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency Conduct first-off inspections and maintain setup documentation Requirements 3 years CNC programming experience using Hypermill Proficiency with HAAS and Heidenhain controllers Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace manufacturing standards Skilled in machining aluminium, stainless steel, and polymers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary & bonus opportunities Flexitime and annual leave Company pension Private medical insurance On-site canteen & parking Ongoing training and career development
