The Role:

Working as part of a production team on state-of-the-art automated machinery Performing line changeovers, fault finding, and hands-on problem solving to maintain output 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern - covering both days and nights

The Person :
Experience as a Production Technician or Mechanical Technician or Line Engineer or Electrical Technician or Manufacturing Operator or CNC Setter or Fitter or similar backgrounds. Experience working within a production, FMCG, or processing environment Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving ability A driven individual looking for structured training and long-term career progression Reference Number: BBBH
