About this role:

£14.00 - £16.00 per hour Full Time Day, Evening & Night shifts available Immediate Start. Various Shifts available Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role:
Operate machinery and equipment for producing concrete products (e.g. precast panels, beams, flooring units). Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets. Assist with setting up moulds and forms before pouring concrete. Mix, pour, and compact concrete to the required standards. Measure and verify dimensions to ensure they meet specifications. Load and unload raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement).

Move products within the production area using forklifts, pallet trucks, or cranes (if trained). Communicate clearly with supervisors, machine operators, and quality inspectors. What you'll need for this role:
