39 hours per week (5 days or compressed 4-day week option)

Ashton Recruitment is recruiting a Skilled Workshop Joiner for a leading fit-out and manufacturing company based in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced joiner to secure long-term, stable employment in a modern workshop environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke joinery, working from technical drawings and using modern machinery and traditional hand tools.

• Manufacture bespoke joinery items from detailed drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble and finish timber products to a high standard
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Carry out quality checks on finished products
• Work closely with other joiners and production staff to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop in line with health and safety requirements

• Minimum 5 years  experience as a Workshop Joiner
• NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or Carpentry or completed apprenticeship
• Strong experience producing high-quality joinery in a workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
