As a Food Production Operative at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, Essex CO2 7UT
, in the Central Production Unit you will be providing food for the finishing kitchens. • Be responsible for preparing and portioning food in a large manufacturing environment with care and attention.
• Food preparation for baguettes, salads and protein pots.
• To maintain food production standards.
• Ensuring the areas you are working in are kept to a hygienic level of cleanliness.
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene standards.

• Great communication skills with a great attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others.
• Basic food-handling skills.
• Food assistant experience would be beneficial.
• Level 2 food safety.
