Engineering Paint Shop Manager An exciting opportunity with a successful and growing engineering business has just become available. Our client a leading manufacturer is currently looking to recruit for a Paint Shop Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a pivotal role within the companys production team in a senior management position.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company paint shop team to ensure production targets are hit Monitor production schedule and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible Delegate workload to paint shop team Ensure all paint work is completed to highest possible quality Monitor team performance and complete employee appraisals Attend weekly production meetings and report any paint shortages or paint requirements Build strong working relationships with team to boost morale and output levels Liaise with other departments and update them with any issues that may cause delays The successful candidate must have: A minimum of 3 () years experience working in engineering within paint shop Excellent knowledge of paint shop and paint equipment Excellent time management skills A positive can-do attitude Good people management skills The successful candidate will receive:
