We are looking for a full‑time Despatch Operative (Packer) to join our team in Belfast in an on‑site role. This role involves preparing printed materials for despatch, ensuring correct packing and labeling, and organizing deliveries to meet deadlines. The job requires maintaining order and cleanliness in the despatch area, working in a fast‑paced production environment, and coordinating with other team members to uphold our commitment to timely, high‑quality service.

• Prior experience in packaging, handling orders, and despatch logistics preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Team collaboration skills and a proactive work approach.
• Physical stamina to manage repetitive tasks such as lifting and packing.
• Understanding of health and safety practices within a busy production environment.

• Previous experience in print industry operations is advantageous but not essential.
