Bench Joiner High-End Fit-Out Projects Greater Belfast Area | Workshop-Based | Early Friday Finish Connexus UK is delighted to be partnered with a well-established and highly respected fit-out manufacturer who produce bespoke joinery for prestigious, high-end projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join their skilled production team. This is a workshop-based role focused on precision craftsmanship, manufacturing quality products that will be installed on premium fit-out projects by specialist site teams.

The Role You will be responsible for manufacturing bespoke joinery items within a modern, well-equipped workshop environment. The products you produce will support high-end interior fit-out projects, so attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential. There may be occasional travel to site when required.

Key Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings Work independently from specifications without supervision Produce work to a high standard of finish and accuracy Support site installation teams with precision-built components Maintain a clean and safe working environment Adhere to all health and safety and quality procedures

Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) Proven Bench Joinery experience Minimum 2 years relevant joinery experience Ability to read and interpret detailed working drawings Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel when required Working Hours 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 1:00pm Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours.
