Position: Joinery Estimator- NI BASED
Production Joinery Estimator with associated procurement and business development duties Reporting to Head of Production Joinery estimating and take-offs Assisting Commercial Manager with take-offs Reviewing drawings and compiling procurement schedules (Compile component take-off schedules ensuring materials and goods are procured efficiently and on time) Leading the roll out of the Procore Management system and providing support to site/design/production teams with same Overseeing drawing management function through Procore Assisting Head of Production with the programming of production projects and liaising with site teams to ensure schedules align Communicating with and managing production suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing the supply chain, and ensuring best value for money Business Development for fit out and joinery production
