Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Frome We have an exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Frome. You will support the maintenance team with daily duties, help drive total productive maintenance (TPM), and play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently. Work Discount on Johnson Controls security products Cross-training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Access to business resource groups Training on company values and products Company equipment provided Long-term career progression What you will do Support daily maintenance operations across a busy machining and manufacturing site Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance Build asset care plans and TPM schedules Work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality teams Fault-find on critical production equipment Plan, log and document all maintenance tasks Supervise subcontractors when required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain and update equipment and asset documentation Support planned maintenance during shutdowns What we look for Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience in maintenance, repairs and breakdowns Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics or PLCs (beneficial) Experience using CMMS systems Completed apprenticeship  3 years experience IT literacy and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude LI-JB3 LI-Onsite
