General Operative - Night shift

Full-Time General Operatives (Night shifts) – Camden, Antrim – Manufacturing

£15.07 per hour

Shift times:
Mon - Wed: 8pm - 5:30am / Thur: 8pm - 1:15am / Fri : 1pm-10:30pm

You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You'll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
• Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
• Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
• Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
• Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all Health & Safety rules, including proper use of PPE
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
