MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Shift Manager to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly versatile and self-motivated shift manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

As Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. You'll play a key role in motivating your team, driving continuous improvement and delivering operational excellence.

• Lead a production team to ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
• Motivate and develop team members, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Previous experience in a Shift Manager, Production Supervisor or Operations Team Leader role within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
