Tarmac is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Supervisor for our Washwood Heath Concrete Plant near Birmingham. You will lead day-to-day plant operations, safety, and cost control, while driving continuous improvement on a small RMX site. Applicants from Supervisory backgrounds in heavy industry are encouraged.
Role involves on-site leadership, budgeting, KPI delivery, and close collaboration with the Production Manager to meet customer needs and manufacturer standards. Training will be provided as needed.
