The Role As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a key role in the production process, working safely and efficiently to produce high-quality forged components.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operating manufacturing and forging machinery Loading and unloading materials safely Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products Using hand and power tools where required Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards Supporting colleagues and assisting with other production duties as required We're looking for candidates who have:
Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production or heavy industrial environment A strong work ethic and positive attitude The ability to work in a physically demanding role Good attention to detail and commitment to quality A flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts FLT or overhead crane experience would be advantageous but is not essential Shift Pattern Week 1 - Early Shift Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:15pm Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm Week 2 - Night Shift Sunday: 10:15pm - 6:15am Monday to Thursday: 10:15pm - 6:15am Week 3 - Late Shift Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Friday: 12:45pm - 6:45pm Benefits Permanent position with a well-established manufacturing business
