Avara Foods Ltd in Brackley is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join the Engineering Team. The role is factory-based in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a 4O4O shift pattern (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00).
You will optimise machinery output, minimise downtime and maintain safety and hygiene standards while applying proactive maintenance practices. The ideal candidate holds an Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship and has experience in food manufacturing.
