Greencore is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to lead maintenance activities across our Leeds site. You will plan and prioritise workloads, implement preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP requirements to maximise production targets.
As a hands-on leader with an electrical bias, you will develop a high-performing team, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. This role is on-site with strong focus on safety and quality.
