• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output.
• Oversee supply chain activities, ensuring timely procurement of materials and dispatch of finished products.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Manage factory budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve mechanical issues and optimise production processes.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to productivity, quality, and operating costs.
• Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience as a Factory Manager
  , Manufacturing Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and production best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
