Your New Role

As a Powder Coater / Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting and coating a wide range of metal components to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a dedicated manufacturing team, you will ensure products are finished efficiently, safely and to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal products for finishing and coating.
• Operate shot blasting equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply powder coating finishes to a high standard.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Carry out basic maintenance and daily checks on equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in powder coating, shot blasting, industrial painting or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
