Wax Room Operatives – Night Shift

Operating from the UK, Sylatech has a global customer base across multiple business sectors including Aerospace, Space, Defence, Medical Automotive and Construction.

Due to continued expansion we are now looking for a new members to join our team in the wax department.

The person we’re looking for will be responsible for delivering the following tasks:

• Use hand-held tools as required for production tasks
• Report any machinery faults or production issues to Supervisors promptly
• Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations when operating equipment and handling materials
• Keep workstations and factory floor clean and free of hazardous material
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and meet production timelines.

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
• Attention to detail in maintaining quality standards
• Good housekeeping habits and respect for shared work spaces
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and production targets
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
