• Relevant joinery qualification with proven experience in bespoke or high-quality carpentry
• Proficiency in using a wide range of joinery tools and machinery
• Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently

What you'll do

• Interpret detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications to create bespoke joinery items
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using advanced tools and machinery
• Fit, finish, and inspect products to ensure high standards of quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and uphold health and safety standards
