Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm | Friday, 7:45am - 12:45pm We're recruiting for a Production Operative / Assembly Operative to join a busy and well-established company in Watford. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering full training, an early finish every Friday and the chance to develop your skills within a supportive production team.

The Role You'll be involved in the assembly, preparation and handling of components, ensuring all work is completed accurately, safely and to a high standard. Responsibilities Assemble components using work instructions and technical drawings. Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively. Prepare materials and components for different stages of production. Carry out quality inspections on completed work. Work towards daily production targets.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Support other areas of production when required. What We're Looking For Previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential. Confident using hand tools. Good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and work accurately. Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn. A team player with a positive attitude. What's in It for You?
