IPL, Forza and Kober are seeking a Production Operative to join the onsite Production Team at our bacon slicing and packing facility in Cleckheaton. The role is permanent, with Monday–Friday shifts rotating across 6:30am–10:30pm, site-based at Kober.
You will assist in packing, operate machinery (where trained), follow manufacturing procedures, and help achieve production targets while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Teamwork, flexibility and clear communication are essential.
